Default 12-28 x 5/8" steel Fillister Screws (Tillitson)

I'd like to replace the beat up, rusty screws on my pot-metal Tillotson carburetor - its the one with three screws securing the bowl assembly. The screws appear to be 12-28 x 5/8" slotted which I haven't had any luck finding. Does anyone know a good source for Cadmium-plated steel [or stainless steel] 12-28 x 5/8" slotted fillister-head screws?

Except 12-28 x 5/8" slotted fillister-head screws. They do show
steel button head hex drive screws in 12-28.

Years ago i had looked at having that screw made. It's an odd screw type. Lots of 12/28 but the slotted filister head is where you are going to have the issue. i gave up looking for them when a screw machine company said we can make it but you need to buy 75000 screws. i politely declined and shelved this project.

Guess you're gonna have to hit the swapmeets a little harder!

Can you retap the carburetor for a 1/4-28 screw?

We have about 900 of the Tillotson screws in stock at the moment.
