Well, I got an original splash shield and have the same problem. After looking a bit more, it seems like the mounting bolts/spacers I got from Macs vary in length. Obviously there are 2 long ones and 2 short ones, but both long ones are different and both short ones are different. I may grind those down to help with the fit. Can anyone post a few pics of how the fender and shield meet on a 30 Tudor? Do the fenders overhang the shield much or do they wrap tightly around the top of the shield? Thanks.
