Dry Fit
I'm looking to dry fit the fenders and other parts on my 1930 Tudor before paint. I have no idea how to mount these to the frame, which bolts to use, etc. Any suggestions on a good source of how-to information? I love the barn! Thanks all!

Re: Dry Fit
If you install the fender braces, and lay the fender on, you will see where the bolt holes line up. The splash aprons should be laid on the frame first, and the holes for body mounts become appearant. There is a small hole near the rear, where a 1/4 inch bolt secures the apron. It is a special bolt with a large, almost flat head. Then the fenders will become appearant, with the apron and fender brace in place.

Re: Dry Fit
I've found that with the two As I've torn apart and rebuilt, the front end, including the headlight bar, all the fenders, and the fender braces have to be loosely assembled, with all the bolts in place, before you tighten any of them up completely. Perhaps because I've used fenders that were not originally on the vehicle, I had to use drifts and phillips-head screwdrivers to pull the bolt holes into alignment.

Thanks, is it as simple as that? How do I know which bolts to use and where?
