Default Coupe I.D. challenge

This picture was in another post a while ago and the 3W coupe in the background caught my eye more than anything else. I've cut out and enlarged that portion of the original photo. I think I know what it is - what do you experts think?

You guys nailed it, good job.

As far as the wheels/Hubcaps on the Model A go, I don't think that in the original thread they reached a conclusion as to what's there.
