Fordomatic thrust washers
Does anyone have a source for thrust washers for a '56 Fordomatic (small case)? I need the brass thrust washers that separate several sections of the transmission. Specifically, I need the secondary thrust washer. Mine is trash, when rebuilding, the thing fell out in several pieces. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like these things are part of the rebuild kits. If I can find them, I'd like to replace them all.

Re: Fordomatic thrust washers
I have a box full of odd Ford thrust washers. I'm pretty sure some of these are for the Fordomatic trans. Problem is that there are virtually no part numbers to ID these. If you have OD, ID, thickness, and any identifying characteristics to the washer, I might be able to locate what you need.
