This year Petit Jean is June 16, 17, 18, 19, 20.
If you go on only one day, which day is best? Discounting the 16th and the 20th, is it best to go on the 17th before the good stuff is sold or the 19th when all the vendors are there?

If you want it bad, go early. If you want it cheap, go late.

If I had to pick one day, I would say Friday. Many of the smaller vendors arrive later in the week. The car show is Saturday.

If you come, stop by space B4 and B5 in swap meet area; I usually go on Wednesday afternoon
