Model "A"- Found one a while back like that! Cleaned it up for a wall Hanger or to use. Nice to find items with Model "A" on them- Don't know the manufacturer tho. How's the East Coast? Gary from North Adams-Mine says" Model A, license pending"

My vote goes to "Otwell Health Heater" Company. Yours is an early version, before the 'Dip' was put in (1929-31) to access the Distributor nut & Oiler. While the later version allows for access to servicing the distributor, the earlier (your) version does not. This necessitates the removing of the entire exhaust/heater manifold system to get to the Distributor nut and Oiler access. I bit of a 'pain in the butt'.

Consequently the demand for this earlier 'Straight Top' type is significantly less than the later 'Dip Top' Otwell manifold heaters, that allowed easy access to the distributor oiler/nut. Hence, less demand - less value. The later 'Dip' Otwell heaters in good shape, go for between $40 & $80. The 'Straight Top' heater/manifold would go for less - how much less, only the market place can tell.
