Default Does anyone recognize this...radiator cap?

Hopefully pictures follow. It is brass, OD of threads is approx. 2 5/16 in., 206475-B, cast impression of a laughing jack ass, with a cork gasket. It was included in a large group of old automotive lenses, bezels and lights.
Thanks for any help.

My first guess is that it is a screw device that came from the Washington District of Columbia; but, others may have other guesses.

Smurkey, Thanks!!! How did you know that, or even know what to look for?

There is still a surprising amount of old logging equipment tucked away in the woods out here.

as far as i can find out it was an after market cap, there is a gas cap to go along with it, sold by western auto, pep boys, monkey wards and sears when they had catalogs
