Default Some advice and checks

Hi All,

First off - I'm new to the forum and have been wanting to get some help with a project I'm working on.
I do not own a Ford Model A, I'm not sure I have even seen one close up! The reason I'm posting is to get some feedback (good and bad) on a 3D graphic model I'm creating. It's a hobby of mine to create these models (I'm even more focused now in lockdown in the UK for the last 3 weeks) and I like to get the dimensions / materials as accurate as possible.

I created the 3D graphic model based upon photographs online - and parts on ebay that I copied.

Take a look and let me know what you think.

Thanks in advance

Greg

Very good work, but you need to see more pictures. The theme is there, but they are not Model A's to a Model A person. Google Model A and take a good look at all the pictures and videos. good luck Stay safe.

Thanks appreciated. You hit the nail on the head regarding the detail, There are some pictures and angles that I just couldn't find online (and I've been working 4 months on this) I think I would need to see the car close up - so maybe a museum or owners club car meet would be the answer (after the current lockdown of course !!) - Thanks again

Thanks John - one thing I can appreciate is the beauty of these cars - not only in the aesthetics but engineering too. I'm no good with spanners so its horses for courses!

Instead of using parts off eBay why not work from a Model A Ford for sale on EBay?

Excellent work, some fine tuning and I think you will have it. You have computer knowledge I only wished I had. Good Luck! Hugh
