Default Tall driver in a SW Fordor

Has anyone found a way to comfortably lower the front seat cushion on a SW Fordor so that a taller driver has more visibility through the windshield?

I have my seat slid back with the adjuster out of there because it was broke. also took the sheet steel piece off the back bottom of the seat so it went further.

With safety wire, compress two or three rings making the springs shorter.
