I want to put led turn signals on my bumpers but the 6 volt ones that go between the bumper bars are a little pricey and I wondered if 12 volt ones will work on 6 volts or will they be so dim as to be useless. There are so many choices on the 12 volt ones on line and in catalogs and they are much less expensive. Just wondering.

12 volt LED's will work on 6 volt, they just wont be as bright as they normally would be. They draw such little power, that it really doesnt matter if you have them on 6 volt
