Front motor mount
I just changed out the motor in my 31 Tudor and come across this mount. It came with the used motor, but I've never seen any like it. If anyone knows about it, I be interested to hear. It looks well made and I wonder if it would funtion better than the original. Or perhaps how it would work with a Float-A-Motor rear mount? Here's a picture:

Re: Front motor mount
Sid,
Those are somebody's????aftermarket springs, supposedly stronger than originals & used a rubber plug inside each spring. My car came with these, with the rubber removed. Haven't fired the car yet, but I feel they will be O.K. Bill W. (I gave away a set once, but never heard back if they worked well.)

Re: Front motor mount
I agree with Ol' Bill. They are easier to install than the 2 separate originals also. I have one on my car and it works fine. I removed the rubber from inside just like your picture.
