Default Route 66 and more in a 1929 Phaeton

Greetings all on FordBarn,
Jean and I are in the middle of a Model A road trip that spans Minnesota to Kentucky for the National Meet and then back to Chicago to the start of Route 66. We plan to travel Route 66 to the coast. We will then travel Coast Hwy #1 to Canada, stopping in Oregon to visit our son for a few days. Back to Minnesota traveling across the northern states. As I am posting this we are a couple days from the west coast. We have a travel blog that tracks each day on the road so far. We should be on the road for two months and travel about 8,000 to 9,000 miles. If you are interested in the sights or car performance along the way, our travel blog can be viewed at the following site. Excuse the humor as we started this travel blog at the request of a few Model A friends back home and we all like to laugh at ourselves a bit. We are hamming it a bit for their enjoyment.
There have been a few problems along the way but nothing has stopped us so far. It's all in the travel blog....

Good trip so far....
Good day!
