Default Battery tenders

I have a 8 volt battery in my car. I like to use a tender for the cold months but I only have a 6 volt tender. I guess it wouldn't do any harm but will it still keep the battery charged?
Maybe I can ask Santa Claus for a 8 volt tender!

Although I finally converted to 12 vol,t I had great luck with this little charger. The 8 v battery is still good and kept alive with it.

I've been using 6 and 12 volt battery tenders for years. I've never seen an 8 volt tender. Where did you get it?

I bought mine from batterymart.com. 8 volt batterys are common in the golf cart world.
