One nice thing that I got out of it is not having to mess with glasses inside of my helmet.

Man, all this cataract experience shows you guys are OLD!

JUST kidding!! Mine have already started forming. Too soon to do anything about it though.

Charlie you will be up and running with greatly improved vision soon.

I had both mine done when glasses wouldn’t do me any good anymore. Now I’ve got technicolor, and can read a street sign a block away.

Charlie, The worst part for me was looking in a mirror for the first time and realizing how old I was. You will be very happy with the results.

I play snooker with a fella, have done for years. He could most always beat me. Then gradually I started being able to beat him. Then he had his cataracts done. He started beating me again, most of the time, so I know how effective it can be.

Best wishes Charlie.

Mart.

Good luck Charlie you'll be fine!

My older brother had that done 8 years ago and he is doing great. He had worn glasses since grade school, not no more!!

He said the weirdest thing afterwards was for the longest time when he'd wake up in the morning, he instinctively would reach for the bed stand for his glasses, feeling about for them. Then he realized he could see and didn't need them anymore

Had both of mine done last year right one very good vision now, Left one vision is good but anything with a straight line has a bow or curve to it doesn't match up with right eye so have some double vision Dr. said caused by some scar tissue in left eye.

Many many sincere THANKS for the good wishes. I did get to the shop for a few hours
and it is great to be able to check the drill size chart on the wall without squinting and
seeing the numbers on the micrometer with ease. March 10th the left eye. My doctor
offered a suggestion if I felt I required a little rehab......."thanks Doc, my shop and customers are all the rehab I need".
