What is a good compression for my model A I am getting45 -50 psi when

I only have 50# but the car runs well and has enough power.

Uniformity of pressure is more important. A variation such as you have could be an inaccurate gauge, testing when cold, testing with the throttle closed. Tests should be done on a warm engine with the throttle wide open, three compressions per cylinder. If, after following this proceedure, you still get 45, try squirting some oil in the plug holes. If it raises the compression, the rings are old. A leak down test is much more informative.
