Default Rebuilt wiper motor value

I have an electric wiper motor that was rebuilt by Mick Isbell in April of 2008.
It has never been used and works as it should. Just has a little bit a shelf wear to the paint here and there.

Question is I have a gent that possibly is in need of one and if I chose to let it go I would like to get a sense of what would be a fair price to ask for it.

Dave: I paid $350. for this Owen Dyneto C1B B years ago at Hershey. Restored by Dan Price.
Your motor is later because it appears to have a symmetrical layout of the wiper shaft, switch shaft, and terminal stud. The spacings on mine are not symmetrical, and was used from mar. 28 to Feb. 29.

To me, your wiper motor is worth easily as much as mine. And this is 8 year old prices.

Dave: Is your wiper motor a Heinze HA C2? What car/s was it used on? Curious.

I believe 250. is a good sale-able price.

anymore and you might sit on it for awhile.

you could list on ebay and then you would know for sure.

Mike,
I bought the Model A contents out of a couple buildings as part of an estate a while back so I really have no idea as to what it was on or intended to be put on.
Where would I look to see if it is a Heinze HA C2?

Dave: The Judging Standards describe all the model A wiper motors pretty well. It says that the HA C2 is a Heinze with the trademark Ames in a diamond shaped embossed label on the swing arm support lever. I think i can see that in your photo. It goes on to say that the HA C2 was used on 1930 closed cars, and not on open models.

FWIW, I have a HA C2 on my early '30 Murray Town Sedan. The mechanism appears OK but the motor went "puff" in smoke and needs work. I haven't yet found anyone to work on it (I talked to Jim Diehl thinking that a DC motor was a DC motor, but he seemed reluctant to work on it so I didn't pursue it with him). So if anyone has a suggestion on who could work on this motor I'd appreciate it.
