Just a suggestion Carl, since there were mitigating factors. You might want to add a sentence or so to your initial posting with a big EDIT flag directing new readers to the latest posts here regarding resolution and satisfaction. As noted above, the internet can be a great communication tool, but some folks may jump to conclusions rather than read through several pages of back and forth to get to the meat of the matter.

I knew Dave back in 2001 when I lived in Morgan Hill and he was a great guy. Glad to hear he has his life back on the right track.
