Default Lincoln parts

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good source for 1940 Lincoln mechanical parts? My father and I have a Continental with a Zephyr V-12 (sadly, no aluminum heads), and the engine is just sitting under the hood not hooked up. Looking for gaskets, points, wires, etc.

Any guidane is appreciated. The goal is to get the car running and driving, we're not looking to restore completely.

Thanks,
Nick

Check out www.LZOC.org, the Lincoln Zephyr Owners Club, they have listings of parts suppliers, etc. Also check EGGE, they have gasket sets for the HV-12.

Nick,
Check out the April edition of Hemmings Motor News.
In every edition they list parts sellers by make. I just got my April magazine and it has 2 pages of Linc parts suppliers.

I have a few parts left over from a restoration I did a few years ago on a 48 Lincoln coupe with V12.
I have a Partial new wire harness (I think it was for the overdrive) and a Partial set of engine gasket kit Felpro, Has the head gaskets in it. I just used the Intake and Oil pan gaskets out of a compleet engine kit.
I also have a wiring schematic as well.
I might have some other stuff have too look around.
