Default Anti-Rattlers For Brakes. Our Fords Rattled?

A friend gave these to me, he owns a `40 Ford sedan and none required for his vehicle. I had never seen these before.

Looks as if they would work,

Shadetree

Here is the literature that was in the box:

Shadetree - Who made the clips? I had a couple of sets of spring clips for early Chevys which were supposed to remove brake rod chatter. Just wondered if it was the same company.

The name on the box is Kastar Incorporated, New York USA. Wonder how old they are?

Mine were made by an outfit in Cleveland. Must have been a good market for that sort of accessory when mechanical brakes were "current technology"
