Technical Axle length
Does anyone out there know if the lengh of the 37-41 Axle is the same as the 46-48. If not what the differences are. Thanks for the help. Tom

The difference is the overall length, they are not even remotely interchangable... Unless you use the matching axle tube with it... They are about 3/4"- 1" or so apart... Karl

They are different, I think the 46 is over 33", the 35-41 under 33, the "green book" has all the differences, the 35-36 are same length as 37-41 but more teeth on gear --as a pair with matching gears can interchange with 37-41
