Default 33/34 brake cross shaft

Im doing a repair on the brake rods and clevaces on there 33,Im looking at removing the brake cross shaft and springs assembly ,it has 4 bolts and what looks like two rivets each side on the outside support bracket that attach it to the chassis cross member,Is this right,
I have to take these rivets out as well?

Sure do Laurie and you better take 20 photographs of it so you put it back the way it was.

The US (LHD) brake equalizer shaft is held on with 4 bolts and no rivets.

I'm wondering if this might be covered in the Early Ford V-8 Clubs 1933-34 Book, LHD vs. RHD?

The photo below likely was provided to me by Dave Slater. It is the RHD double shaft type where the rear wheels are braked separately from the front brakes in response to local regulations. The two holes in the outer brackets referred to in Lawrie's thread are clearly evident.

Thanks , Thats them,,
Todays job is to get it out,
One thing that may make it easier ,is the bottom of the rivets are wiped off, probably from miles on gravel roads,
And , a picture is worth a thousand words for sure,
Thanks Dave and all.

Well, thanks to the help from here, the shaft assy is out, cleaned and ready for repair,
I have 4 holes in the assembly to repair, and most of the cleavaces,
I will do this by tig welding the holes shut and re drilling them on the mill. if I cant find good pins, I will make some up.
I will also make up 4 bolts that look like rivets for the little brackets
