I think this carb was professionally restored. It came to me as shown. It has had wonderful work done to it. It is completely cleaned and has a new kit installed. It is ready to bolt on. I have no way of bolting it on anything to test it, but everything looks perfect. Linkage and bolt heads painted. No rust. Everything moves with no slop.
If you need the hand throttle thing that goes on the drives side, I have one for it
