Re: Blue Ridge Parkway Bound
A buddy of mine highly recommended Wheels Through Time. Hoping to make that a stop either Friday or Saturday before heading home.

Re: Blue Ridge Parkway Bound
I live in Charlottesville and have enjoyed many wonderful hours driving on the BRP and in that area in general. I will be looking for you in Charlottesville when you get here...drive safe.

Re: Blue Ridge Parkway Bound
I've read somewhere that the long section causing the detour near/around Mitchell has been fixed and open for at least one way traffic. We stopped taking the BRP back home because of all the detours. If they have been fixed then we may start using it again. If we do, we should at the south end this sunday AM and finish at the north end of Skyline monday PM. If you see a new grey Dodge Ram along the wave, I will.
