Default Distributor identification

I have 2 distributors, the one on the right I just pulled from my 34. The one on the left has been rebuilt, I thought I was going to use it on the 34 till I discovered it has 4 mounting bolts and a 2 bolt coil.. I am thinking it's for a 40 since dad had a 40 also. Can anyone confirm its a 40?
Thanks Terry

Yes but you need the coil and condenser that goes with it.

With the inner rotor being different, my guess is that he rebuilt it for the 40. I have cleaned up what I took out, found the condensor bad and the coil lead to the resistor lose. I'll put it back together next week and hope forthe best. Thanks for the help.
