Default Transmission swap
A friend has a 47 1/2t with a 4 speed. Can a 3 speed 46-52 be swapped straight in. He has problems downshifting as it grinds the gears.
Amazing nice highly optioned pick up
Sliding back window, radio, heater, dual mirrors, locking gas cap.

Yes the 3 speed will bolt in. You will also need the drive shaft.

Will the same drive shaft work or does it have to be the one that came with the 3 speed?
