Default Generator

Good morning fellow Ford lovers. I have a 1936 Ford Model 68. I'm just starting
to chase ghost in my wiring. When I have the headlights on and touch the brake my headlights turn off, when I release they come back on. I am noticing that prior to touching the brake that the lights have an inconsistent blink and the amp meter dances a bit. My first thought is that the generator is acting up and not fulfilling enough power when I press the brake to run both. The car has all new wiring and fully restored. The headlights are led as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Cut and paste this on to the Early V8 section. The section is for questions about the site not car questions. Few read and even fewer reply.
For the most part, the replies you see in this section are directing people to the correct section and are member of this site not part of management.
