Default Rams heads for 1930 open Car

I have a roadster body. I'm trying to get a windshield set up for it. The gentleman I purchased the body from cut it up a bit and there's no mounts for the windshield stantions. Best I can tell they are called rams horns, I can't seem to find any on the web for less than 250$ It's hard to find them used because I just find Horns for Dodge Trucks. I'm at a loss why anyone would ever need to replace them-they are bronze and thusly shouldn't go bad. You think with the Number of 'A's out there still there should be plenty of them floating around. Is there another more technical name for this part? anybody know where to find them for less? I'm Waiting for hershey in a few weeks-but If I can find them anywhere else I will still be pretty happy.
