Model A differential parts

Took apart a Model A differential that had been a trailer. Axles were saw cut to facilitate dis-assembly, therefore the carrier is complete and intact. Parts are as removed, plus UPS ground from 54241 ws 6303888882
Carrier with ring gear, bearings and spider gears $25 Center housing $15 Rear hubs with bearings and seals, tapers good. Both $25 Both rear backing plates complete (small inner part on one slightly damaged) $15

Everything for $50 plus shipping. Ring gear looks good. Hub flanges are different. Look closely. I dont know the difference. Carrier was washed in solvent and greased bearings to stay together. ws

Parts are available seperately as well. Hate to make KIA frames from this stuff!
