And people wonder why I order 99.99% of my parts online.

On a Friday night I needed an emergency brake arm clip, the simple C shaped item. Pep Boys... they were mystified. I gave them a bunch of later Ford cars that had them. I would have even taken a spring kit to get one. Advance... same thing, nada.

Saturday morning, off to the oldest parts house around. I took my girlfriend with me, she loved the place. I had 2 of them in 5 minutes, no computer, no books, no mystery.

My '27 T Hot Rod with a 283 SBC always got a laugh when asked "what year is it?" And my reply, "which part are you talking about??"
