Default Valve Installation Tool

I am looking for that specialty tool that compresses the valve springs when installing/removing the valves.. I've attached a youtube video showing the tool (at the 3 min/38 sec mark).. What is the proper name of this tool & the second tool.. and where can I get one?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuyPOkCXIT8

Thanks for any info

Here's another very commonly used style.

Mr. Van Pelt also describes several very helpful tools.

Thats the one we use think its a "KD" from Napa. You want the one with the star wheel
the ratchet ones maybe good for a model T or A where there is room, but not for a V8
its tight quarters down there.

Working with the KD bar and the 918 clamp on a H motor doesn´t work to good.
Using the KD 918 on a G motor you need an adapter between the clamp and the deck to compensate for the bigger inlet valve,
