Default Howard M8 & Super 386 cam info ?

Hello all , I am looking for some help on cam specs . I have done searches but have come up empty. I have 2 cams, 49 to 53 era. 1 is stamped Howard M8 and the other is stamped Super 386. Does anyone have any cam specs on either or hopefully both of these . I don't even know what brand the Super 386 would be ? The cams are packed away or I would have posted pics but I am sure you all know what a stamping looks like

Thank you for the help

As nobody has responded to this thread, I'll put in ny 10 cents worth. I;ve used the M8 and it sounds pretty good , but it;s a very mild grind, The super 386 is a MCF grind and that;s the grose lift. I;d stay away from it in a stock engine,
