Default Broken oil gallery plug casting

So the casting broke when I was removing this. I can still get the plug threaded in a few threads. Is the block ruined? I'll post pictures when I get the chance. It's at the machine shop now.

Back? Front? A few threads & thread sealer should be good. Maybe use JBWeld as sealer & buildup for strength? Or drill & tap for bigger plug? Jack E/NJ

Keep your chin up. There a lot of things us amateurs can fix that the pros won't mess with.

Oh, good! I was hoping that was the case. Oh, the feeling when that happened. I was quite upset with myself! Thanks for the encouragement!
