Default clutch noise

after starting up my 31 tudeor after assembling mfrom a frame off rebuild i found a noise when i depressed the clutch. i researced the forum( forum thank you) it appeared that my problem was the flywheel hitting starter bolts. i put in shorter bolts which solved the noise. i also read that the cause could be the ring gear moving so i pulled the starter and "tapped" the fly wheel which appeared to be tight. i then put a dial indicator on the fly wheel and the runout was .010. ithe checked with the clutch depressed a the flywheel moved .045 (without turning the engine. my question is ,is .045 too much movement? can i leave as is for the time being?

You should only have a few thousands of end play. Max is around .009”. Is this a new Babbitt job?
