Default Tudor front seats question

Over the years I have aquired front seats from tudors which have had more modern/comfortable seats fitted . The ones out of an early 29 do not have a "flap"connecting the seat back to the seat . Another set I have of unknown origen has a "flap" between the two which is covered by fabric the same pattern as the seat . Is this a later seat or maybe not tudor ???

My 29 has that same flap. It often collects my wallet and cellphone for me.

My early Feb-29 Tudor has no flap, and I am petty sure the fabric is 88 years old. Therefore, it is the floor that collects my cellphone or wallet, or anything I might leave on the passenger seat.

I have been told that the De Luxe Delivery had the flap and the tudor didn't. Perhaps that is a possibility? What do the Judging Standards say?

Beginning in about June of 1931 Ford began producing the Deluxe Tudor.
Lots of changes from the early 1931 Tudors. The front seats did have an extended back that eliminated the gap on the earlier Tudor seats.

Also, the drivers seat was about 3 inches or so wider than before and was on adjustable tracks.
