How do I get "privileges" to respond to a wanted or for sale add?

Have 10 post and have been signed up for over 24 hours. Ryan the owner of this site changed the rules in Dec because of too many spamers.

I have been a member for over 6 years, not just 24 hours, and have made several posts but cannot remember how many. Help!

Just look under your name on the left, you have 9 with your last post.

Charlie, I checked "mercman from OZ" post earlier tonight after reading your post. The count was at 4997 post by him. When I just checked it was up to 4999. Looking at his profile, in the time between when I first looked and now there were 2 post one in Early V8 and one on the test forum. So I would say post in the Test Section do count.
