Default Rebuilding a Tillitson

I am rebuilding Tillitson carb. I am having trouble getting the main jet out of the bottom of the bowl. I tried to use a screwdriver but it seems really stuck. I don't want to force it to hard because it's brass. I don't want to use heat as this is a die cast carb and would the heat would warp the heck out of it.

Are there any tricks that some of you have used to remove and replace the jet in a Tillitson? If I can't get it out I could probably leave it.
