. 39 convertible sedan, extremely solid body, perfect floor, all the impossible to find convertible specific parts are there, new wood kit for the top, good running 59a, ignition upgraded to 12v, new battery, new walker radiator, new water pumps, all brake parts are new master/wheel cylinders/lines/etc, new tires, new windshield glass and rubber, nos gauges, this is a running/driving car but will need some wiring finished up (lights/dash) and registration to make it ready for the street, it does have a clear title. Located in Escondido ca, if someone wants to build the car with a different engine/trans combo I'll gladly pull the flathead/39 box and knock some off the price
