Default Bumper Iron Query

Going through my pile of stuff recently, I ran across what I first thought to be a pair of irons for a '34 rear bumper; then I looked a bit closer. One end kind of is bent up (or down depending on how they mount), and the depth is way different. The pair in the pic zip tied together are known '34s (yes, I know 33/4 are slightly different) the suspect part is by itself. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
