Let's try THIS!

Interesting 'mix' of parts, especially those "un-pump" motor mount fixtures. Details? DD

Upper hoses are not correct. So, 99%

Kube with all due respect to your incredible knowledge. They are original to the car. It’s background is well documented.

I always understood that hoses installed "on the line" had NO orange writing or Ford script. Ford Parts Dept. at the Ford house 'REPLACEMENT' hoses had the ORANGE stuff.

It's STILL a beautiful example!! DD

Picky, picky, picky. I guess that's what separates the pros from the hoi polloi.

Display engine has a Ford remanufactured tag on bell housing. Was in a 37.

I trust (hope) you know my response was just a nod to having a bit of fun.

The hoses are NOT authentic to the car. NO printing on '39 hoses. Plus, no external metal supports in '39. Never was. So, I'm sticking with the 99%

February 2, 1944 marked the day an engineering release was sent out noting the addition to markings on the hoses.

If I were in the collecting phase still, I'd attempt to add that one to my collection.

All is Grand Kube & despite my earlier post I am sure you are correct they have been changed. The car is simply stunning.

Yep, if I were younger and collecting, you may have some competition acquiring that one from just the little I'd seen.

Interesting that this was in a '37. ALMOST looks like you could run a second fan, a la '39/'40 on the crank. Wonder if anyone has ever managed to run a crank-mounted fan in a '37! DD

Well that’s encouraging. It’s a good thing only I know about this car for now. Car has not been listed anywhere for sale.

I doubt Ford delivered this car like we see it. Two completley different pumps.
The one on the left side of the picture don't even look like a Ford pump. Also
the pump on the left side of the picture looks like some home made short
motor mount on it. G.M.
