Default "48" F4 brake drum limits

I’m working on a “48” F4 Ford. The rear drums are fairly smooth but I just wanted to clean them up. I had them mic’d and one drum is 15.060” and the other is 15.183”. The manual says that the max. boring limit is 15.060”. The manual also talks about installing oversize pads if the drums are oversized but doesn’t talk about any dimensions in that discussion. All the other brake parts are useable or I can easily get replacement parts.
Is my one drum toast or do I have any options?

Thanks for any help
