1929 panel delivery79A interior color
Was wondering does anyone know the correct color that was used on the rear interior of a 1929 panel truck? It looks to me like the old Ford tractor grey(like the 8N had) on some of my pieces. Thanks Jay [email protected]

Re: 1929 panel delivery79A interior color
The old pyroxyline coated material does some interesting color fades. I'm surprised it didn't end up with a strong greenish hue. The original was Spanish brown colonial grain artificial leather with Spanish brown colonial grain cardboard on the doors (and a few other places).
Oops! I should read the questions better!!!

Grey is correct. I had a 79A for 36 years. Restored it in the 70's. Original interior paint was a grey without any blue tinges.

My 79A (early '30) had green for the interior paint color (both the cabin and cargo areas). The attached pictures show this original paint.
