Default "Dirty Leg" Constuction

In the past I have read and seen detailed instructions on how to constuct a "dirty Leg" model a gas tank filter but no longer am I able to locate these constuction instructions, I would like to make and install one on my tudor. Does anyone have these instructions? Specfically what size and types of fittings should on purchase? Thanks in advance for your help?
