Hi all,
I'm very tempted to buy a pair of these pumps and I would appreciate all advice from anyone with information about them, good or bad. The special deal expires today so I'll need to move fast, please reply ASAP if possible.

Thanks to everyone that contributed.
I know about Skips and appreciate he builds a great product. I was just concerned that these imported pumps weren't up to scratch but from the reports on here and the ones that were linked said they aren't too bad, especially for $100 a pair.

I got thru by repeatedly calling. They are in stock. They also said their website would be new in a month or two. I gave up trying to order off the website as it is nearly impossible to accomplish.

I was having trouble getting through on the phone.. busy signal for a long time.
I sent an email to them about the phone and I was called back. I was able to get my order in. The fed ex shipping info has been sent to my email so the pumps must be in stock.

Had no idea these were being made overseas, caught these threads after placing my order.

I have Drake pumps on my roadster. they work fine,but the mounting holes did not line up on one. I had to enlarge the hole. also check the grip length of bolts. Some mounting pads are thicker and I had to use a slightly longer bolt.

I have them on my truck. Been trouble free for a couple years of daily driving in AZ heat.

The pumps from Drake are a good product. The vanes have been improved over the originals. You are also getting a new housing that has not been rusted and pitted and filled with epoxy and painted over. If you don't need a part number on them its the way to go.
