Default Any good aftermarket headlights ???

My headlights are all original as I can tell. My reflectors are bad and so are the outer rings. I want a good driving daily driver, so I want good headlights. I purchased the Quartz adapter kit from Snyders.

First thing I noticed is there is no way to adjust the headlights. I have not installed them yet because of that reason.
Anyone have any suggestions on a good setup, or will replacing the reflector and rings be good enough? This is my first model A so I can really use the advice from the old wise men of the Barn.
