Default Bracket ID

A question was posed on the HAMB regarding these parts that appear to be bumper brackets, my WAG is they may be for the rear bumper on a 1936 Standard Panel Delivery. Can anyone positively ID them ?
Update: I found a good photo of the Panel truck brackets, they are not even close to these, the Panel rear bumper has four bolts same as any ‘36 bumper.
