Bubba, there are better springs.

I have talked to Ed many times over the years about cams.
Super nice guy. Extremely good sense of humor.

When I was in college, I bought a 55 Chevy hard top. I built a 327 Hi performance motor and that was my college vehicle. After I rebuilt the engine, I had a mechanic that won the winternationals that year (pre 72) adjust the solid lifters/valves. On the day that I went to pick up my car, Ed Iskederian was there talking to the mechanic and I met Ed. Great conversation and I had a great time. Here was Ed in Nevada talking to me. Great experience.
I am currently working on my Ford project, but this was a great experience for me.

I agree with russcc, it makes me feel not so old after all. Must have been an interesting conversation with him. Thank you for posting the pictures.
Gary.

Unbelieveable!! What a great guy. I still have Hot Rod magazines from the 60's with stories of Ed in them. Makes you feel good to know he is past 90, and still in the hobby! It must be like being Knighted by the Queen, to have Ed stop by your shop!!!
Congrats!
