Default 36 firewall body tag

I was wondering what should be stamped on a 1936 firewall body tag?
It already has 68 etched into the tag and it’s going on a five window coupe.
I would like to stamp something on it before I install it. (Bob Drake tag, came with the car)
I guess I should confirm that it goes above the Patent tag on the slope of the firewall.
Thanks

Did your car have the two small holes for a body plate attachment, if not the body was assembled by Ford and there would be no body plate.

Interesting. Our 36’ 3W has the two small holes, tag is missing.

Every firewall I've seen has the holes punched, also the four holes for the patent plate

Guys, the holes were punched to make it easier to properly locate the plate IF a plate was warranted.
Terry, post #2 has this right.

Some of the closed cars bodies were assembled outside Ford. All of the open cars were outside Ford.

What warranted it to have a plate?

Only vehicles with their bodies assembled by another company, beside Ford, were given a body plate.
