Default Famous '20s Band in Model "A" Publicity Stunt

Joe Sanders and Carleton Coon arrive at Union Station in Kansas City, where they and all band members drove a new Model "A" Ford through downtown, in December 1927.

The Coon-Sanders Nighthawks were very popular throughout the 1920s especially via radio.

funny you would say that, I often think the same thing looking at old photos. also, apparently there were no short sleeve shirts back then; men, I guess, removed their vests and rolled up their sleeves in warm weather, though they always had a tie on.

T-shirts were considered "underwear" back in those days, T-shirts as outwear did not become popular (expectable) until WWII days...if I remember correctly
