That transmission could have been in a '37 but as mrtexas said...that first/reverse slide gear with straight cut teeth is '35 or earlier. Check the serial number above the clutch inspection plate. That will tell you when that transmission was used in production. Also, if that is a '37 or later year case it would have a 78-xxxx part number cast in on back of case. In either 'case'
 it should still be worth what you are asking here.
